Documents and heat sheets will be available prior to the first session. If you can't make it in person, a livestream of the meet is available at swimrva.vhx.tv/products.

Monday, July 20th

• Session 1: 8 & Under
  • Doors Open: 7:00 AM | Warm-Ups: 8:00 AM | Meet Starts: 9:00 AM
• Session 2: 9/10 Year Olds
  • Doors Open: 1:00 PM | Warm-Ups: 1:15 PM | Meet Starts: 2:15 PM

Tuesday, July 21st

• Session 3: 11/12 Year Olds
  • Doors Open: 7:00 AM | Warm-Ups: 8:00 AM | Meet Starts: 9:00 AM
• Session 4: 13/14 & 15-18 Year Olds
  • Doors Open: 12:00 PM | Warm-Ups: 12:30 PM | Meet Starts: 1:45 PM

🚗 Parking Information

We highly encourage everyone to carpool to help manage traffic flow! Please review the parking guidelines carefully:

• Primary Parking: Use the main parking lot at the Collegiate School Aquatics Center (SwimRVA).
• Overflow Parking: Available at Ukrop Park or the vacant Martin's Parking lot.
• 🚫 Strictly Prohibited: No parking is allowed at Hening Elementary, Noble Daycare, or on the grass. Police will be patrolling these areas, and unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed.

🏊 Champs Practice Schedule

Practice for championship swimmers runs from Wednesday, July 15th to Friday, July 17th.

• Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (Only one combined session!)

🎒 What to Bring & What to Expect

Parents will be seated up in the stands while the swimmers remain on the pool deck. Please make sure your child is fully prepared!

• For the Swimmers (on deck):
  • Two (2) towels
  • Warm clothes to put over their swimsuit (hoodie, robe, parkas, or cover-ups)
  • Snacks and a refillable water bottle
  • Activities/games to pass the time between events
  • Optional: Headphones (if your child is sensitive to loud environments/noise)
• Food & Concessions:
  • Ukrop’s will have a fully stocked concessions room with your favorite treats! (Note: They are card-only)

• Volunteer Sign-ups: We have volunteer spots available, please sign up!
• Team Spirit: Dress head-to-toe in your Frogs gear and get ready to cheer loudly!
