I thought I would send a quick message in how to find the files you need for each meet.
If you go to the 
frogs.swimtopia.com
 website, you will see the Meets & Events tab at the top.  Click on that choose calendar.  Once you locate the meet you are looking for, you will see links below the information of the meet for the attached files.

For tonight's mock meet, you will see two documents today. One is the heat sheet (list of who is swimming what event in what lane in what order) and the other is a file of merged events.  Tonight we are merging lots of events normally separated by age and gender.  This is to not swim a bunch of events with just one or two people in them.  More exciting for the swimmers!  Also on the document are a few notes about other events.  

This is also where you will come back after the meet is scored to see results.  That is usually by a few hours after the event ends unless there is an issue and then sometimes the following day.  

If this is your first time on a swim meet, we are so glad you are with us and can't wait to get to know you.  We have lots of veteran parents who are very willing to answer questions and the board is always available as well!
