One of the best parts of the meet was hearing our swimmers cheering loudly for each other and showing amazing team spirit. That positive energy makes a huge difference and is what being part of this team is all about!
Way to go, Frogs! 🐸💚

⭐ Important Reminders:
- Declare your swimmer YES or NO by Saturday at 5 PM
- Sign up for a Volunteer Position — we can’t run meets without our amazing swim families!
⭐ When declaring your swimmer for a meet, you only need to indicate whether your child will be attending or not attending. Selecting events is completely optional, and you’re welcome to leave notes for the coaches.
If you do suggest events, please know they are viewed as helpful input. We truly appreciate parent and swimmer feedback! Final event decisions are made by the coaching staff based on what is best for each swimmer and the team as a whole.
Coaches may adjust events from week to week to help swimmers build skills, gain confidence, try new events, or focus on stroke development throughout the season.
Thank you for supporting your swimmers and trusting our coaches!
