Dear Frog Families,

We have a packed week ahead and need your immediate help to make tonight's meet a success. Please review these critical updates and deadlines carefully.

🚨 Urgent: Meet Volunteers Needed Tonight!

We still have two key volunteer positions that must be filled for tonight's meet. Please step up if you can:

• Water Distribution Volunteer: Walk around to distribute bottled water to our hard-working volunteers and keep everyone hydrated.
• Heat Ribbons: Award ribbons or prizes to swimmers who win their heat, distributing them promptly as events conclude.

🥞 Annual Pancake Breakfast: Tuesday, July 14th

Join us right after the last morning practice for our favorite annual tradition! This includes all team levels, including our tadpoles and preteam swimmers.

While the team cooks the pancakes, this is a potluck-style event. We rely on our families to bring toppings and essential supplies.

🏆 CHAMPS Event Declaration: Due TODAY!

If your swimmer has already qualified for CHAMPS, you must declare your intent TODAY.

• Important Note: If your child qualified for multiple events, please type exactly which events they plan to swim in the notes box.

🎁 End-of-Year Coach Gifts

Let's show our coaches how much we appreciate them! We highly encourage swimmers to bring a handmade card, as these are incredibly meaningful to our coaching staff.

🐸 New for Next Year: The Leapfrog Exchange!

We are excited to announce a new sustainability initiative starting next season! The Leapfrog Exchange will allow families to pass gently used swim gear down to younger swimmers on the team.

If your child has outgrown any practice or team suits, please bring them by to donate. Families will have an opportunity to shop these donated items at our 2027 Swim Evaluation Night and Mock Meet.
